One of my best friend, Renu runs a baking company called Cakes, Cakes and More … and she recently conducted a baking class at her home for a number of students. For this lesson she taught them to make an eggless sooji cake, chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache topping and orange sponge cake with butter icing. The cakes were definitely yummy indeed and here are some of the shots taken that day.
